This year's Channel O Music Video Awards nominee list was announced on Thursday August 16, 2011 in Johannesbourg, as the music hub put up a launch party. In the Twenty Eleven edition, the music channel lives up to it's "Truly African" status as the list is a mix of music brands from across the entire continent. Trust our Nigerian people to dominate the list; with a whole lot of newcomers including Flavor Nabania, Ice Prince, Tiwa Savage and Wizkid. Regulars on the list include Tuface - this totally just concretizes the fact that Tubaba is trully the largets export from Nigeria after Crude oil - D'Banj, and Banky W. Gotta love this list, I figure the competition this year is tight and would be very interesting to watch out for. Check out the full list below:
